LENRD Bass Traps are purpose built from Auralex StudioFoam to control the low end frequency response of a room - LENRD stands for Low End Node Reduction Device, a ‘Node’ being a bump in the frequency response of a room.

In the past bass traps that could achieve significant results in low frequency control were either too expensive to buy or too difficult and time consuming to build. LENRD Bass Traps fill this void with a product that can smooth out low frequency nodes at a price that anybody can afford.

LENRDs can be placed vertically in corners (floor to ceiling) one above the other or installed in conjunction with Auralex CornerFill Cubes to finish out trihedral corners where three LENRD Bass Traps come together (best suited for larger rooms).
