Progressive PL8 Professional Mandoline w/ Adjustable Blades

The Professional Mandoline by PL8 is inspired by strength, simplicity and safety, making it the ultimate slicer for professional and home use. The Professional Mandoline features the following:

  • 4 x adjustable slicing thicknesses, 2 x julienne and 1 x waffle cut

  • Slicing thicknesses approximately: 1mm, 3.5mm, 5.5mm and 7.5mm
