Great product.

This is a great product. It is finished superbly & operates the same. I bought mine as a replacement for an Urn that was about 5 years old & on comparison this has far better controls, you can set the temperature, in operation it automatically goes into a holding pattern when the preset temperature is reached & on the safety front the lid locks into position which assists in the prevention of accidents & of course it is made of stainless steel also it comes with a 12 month warranty ..... As I said a GREAT PRODUCT at a GREAT PRICE.
