Hercules Low Profile Tripod Microphone Stand w/ Boom & Mic Clip is ideal for drum and amp microphone applications. This stand also features a folding tripod base. 

Quik-N-EZ Mic Clip mounts and dismounts with a flip of the lever. Remove the silver metal adaptor to fit 3/8" mic holders.

Quik-N-EZ long telescoping boom for the angle you want at the reach you need.
